   Advancing the Seed, Inc. exists to advance the seeds of economic equity through accessible training, development, and technology resources. Work closely with the CEO and program staff to ensure that programs are meeting their goals and objectives. Responsible for defining and managing program details, managing program budgets, and tracking and measuring program outcomes. Supervise program staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure that programs are meeting the needs of the community are aligned with ATS\' mission and goals.Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders. Ensure that program outcomes are properly monitored, tracked, and measured. Participate in grant writing and reporting as needed.
