Senior UN Officer | Analytics & Policy | Team Leadership & Change Management With over 21 years of experience in the UN and a strong foundation in the private sector, I currently work as Senior Partnerships Officer and Head of Analytics, Governance, and Knowledge Management in the field of Partnerships at UN WFP. I’ve held key leadership roles across the World, including as Regional Finance Officer for West Africa, supporting 19 country offices, and managing support functions in least-developed countries as well as emerging middle income economies. My leadership approach centers on empowering diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance. I’m passionate about building cohesive, high-performing teams and leading change in complex environments. Whether navigating humanitarian emergencies (Haiti, Niger, Myanmar), middle-income country contexts (Vietnam), or spearheading One UN reforms, I lead with clarity, purpose, and empathy. A confident communicator and strategic thinker, I’ve helped shape office directions, align resources, and deliver results across partnerships, finance, administration, HR, ICT, and supply chain. I thrive in multicultural settings, champion knowledge sharing, and believe in the power of inclusive leadership to deliver lasting impact.
