Responsible for functioning as liaison between over client law offices and the administrative staffs of regional courts, both Federal and State- Instructing lawyers and their support staff on the various processes, rules, procedures and fees of the various courts; Federal, State, and Surrogates (e.g. submitting a wide range of papers)- Familiarize lawyers with the nuances of each court- Handle a wide range of issues for clients in a timely and highly professional manner- Assist in training, scheduling, and directly supervising the staff of 12 in client support, eFiling documents, reviewing legal papers, scheduling future court appearances, etc. Cross-train representatives whenever possible. Currently working on completing a comprehensive training manual for lawyers and managing clerks - broken down by court and jurisdiction. Also completing a training manual (solely for lawyers) regarding form submission procedures and drafting papers.
