As the Sr. Vice President of National Field Sales and Operations for the Consumer Division at MASA Global, a Genstar Capital Private Equity backed company, I lead our B2C Field Sales Team (Outside Sales) and Consumer Sales Operations Team (includes Outside Sales and Inside Sales) to maximize top-line revenue and improve bottom-line results. With a situational and analytical approach to decision-making, I work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our sales objectives.Transitioning from the legal world to the business world allowed me to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset and attitude demanding growth. I believe that enjoying what you do is essential as you spend a third of your life at work.
