I love solving problems. Doesn\'t matter whether they\'re my own or someone else\'s - let me at those issues and I\'ll find a solution. If I had a motto it would be,\"Don\'t worry, I\'ll figure it out!\" Studying Anthropology taught me that there will always be different perspectives and a bigger picture to consider. It gave me a devotion to balanced research and a passion for finding answers, which have become the cornerstones of both my professional and personal lives. Because of this, I have a nose for efficiently assessing complex situations - and a knack for streamlining them. I am: 1) Tenacious: I taught myself VBA in order to reduce manual processing of progress reports, thereby reducing report production time from 7 hours to 45 mins (Global Investment Bank, Accenture UK, Oct 2015 - Aug 2016) 2) Adaptable: I supervised up to 9 baristas simultaneously, serving almost 200 customers per hour during peak periods, whilst expertly executing operational procedures to maintain stock supplies, cash flow, safety standards, and an exceptional customer experience (Starbucks Canada, Jun 2018 - present) 3) Meticulous: Using only beta-testing walkthroughs and Google Analytics, I reverse-engineered a full overview of the customer application journey in order to demonstrate the lack of transparency and understanding within the program (UK Government Institution, Accenture UK, Sep 2016 - Nov 2017) Outside of work, I enjoy setting myself personal challenges: I\'m on track to read a book a week in 2022, I\'ve built a hammock from scratch, and all my house plants are still alive (🤞). I\'m currently working on improving my stand up comedy, making my own website, and expanding my DIY knowledge.
