Lead People Development Pillar activities under the World Class Manufacturing (WCM)framework for plant performance audits, Coordinate with departments, prepare andpresent HR data for various Audits like IMS, Eco vadis, other statutory and safety audits.9. Checking statutory remittance of contractors, ensuring compliance with statutory auditcheckpoints.10. Responsible for plant welfare activities like conducting annual medical checkups, eyecamps, employee engagement activities like participation in Public Marathons, organisinghealth competitions like Revitalize, Christmas, Onam celebrations, annual day program,procurement and distribution of uniforms and safety PPE’s.
