   Prepare System Design Document (SDD) to capture functionality of specific ring and its different software components along with high level interfaces.• Analyze & investigate the physics-based equations to derive the controls requirement.• Develop controls model algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink for Propulsion Thermal System of electric vehicle followed SAFe Agile framework.• Create the Supplemental Impact report to capture data elements and CAN signals.• Design the Embedded Software Architecture for different software components compliant to AUTOSAR standards using MDK and Rhapsody.• Generate C code files using embedded coder after validating model against AUTOSAR properties.• Prepare behavioral test plan for individual software component.• Build the proto software to validate the changes in early development cycle.• Creation of functional test cases and perform testing and validation of developed software components on Model in Loop, Software in Loop, Vehicle and Hardware in Loop environment.• Perform virtual validation of developed software components through GMSIM.• Develop Autoval automation test script to run through GMSIM.• Debug the Embedded software using Debugger - Lauterbach in case of false behavior.• Make sure generated code is MISRA compliant.• Validation of Vehicle and dyno data to make sure software component behaves as expected.• Active participation in finalizing initial calibration for developed software components.• Present the system demo to tech specialist with evidence of SW testing either on GMSIM, Bench or Vehicle.• Participate in PI planning & all scrum ceremonies of SAFe Agile framework.• Responsible to lead & mentor the team in investigation for new requirement, architecture design, Controls development, SW development, integration & testing either on bench or vehicle.• Perform artifacts review i.e, Architecture model, Controls Model, C code files and test vectors against change request.
