During the last 8 years I have been providing clinical support and education to the orthodontists in Ireland regarding treatment planning, case selection and evaluation to achieve the best possible outcome in their treatments. Organizing high quality clinical education events and creating and expanding professional relationships with new speakers and KOL’s in the orthodontic field, organizing seminars, webinars and live events-Clinical education graphic material production and training seminars: Creating presentations to educate the orthodontists in Ireland on the changes and innovations that Align Technology incorporates on their products, coordination of talks on the different clinical educational activities with the Irish and international speakers at events such as: Invisalign Summits, OSI meetings, etc. Lectures in the Irish Universities for the orthodontic students and ortho-therapists about the Invisalign products. Furthermore, giving courses currently in Trinity College and possibly with Cork University-Modern professional growth techniques and clinical improvement: Giving support to my colleagues in the Irish office and the different orthodontic office teams, regarding any clinical matter that can appear. Conducting “study clubs” or round tables for all Invisalign orthodontists all over Ireland. Creating materials such as leaflets and informative emails to raise awareness and remind the doctors on how to perform best practices in their offices. Supporting Invisalign clients regarding the iTero scanner and how to use it in conjunction with the Invisalign system.
