Project Management:Oversee client projects as well as day to day company operations. Supervise and train staff on various projects. Involved with site visits, compiling quotes, ordering office furniture and coordinating office furniture installations for clients. Daily Operations:Assist managing partner with the day-to-day operations of the company, which includes project management, customer service, marketing strategies and accounts receivables. Assist the managing partner with the delegation of tasks to the company’s employees. Manage the employees on various other projects. Use accounting, marketing, project management and technical skills to set up and run Edwards & Hill Communications, LLC.
