I’m Hannah, People Operations Lead at Wētā FX. I work across pretty much every corner of Talent & Culture - systems, onboarding, contracts, remuneration, recruitment, change, policy, you name it. I like making sense of complex problems and turning them into something simple and practical.Before Wētā, I led the global Talent Operations team at Xero, and I’ve also contracted across different organisations, giving me a wide perspective on how people, systems, and processes work (and don’t work).I’m passionate about building people systems that scale, designing processes that actually work (not just look good on paper), and helping leaders make smarter, data-driven decisions. I’m naturally curious, I love finding better and easier ways to do things.For me, no process is ever “finished” — there’s always a better experience for people and a simpler way for leaders. I love getting stuck in, getting things done, and I don’t mind challenging the status quo if it makes things work better.
