Thank you so much to my colleagues, friends, leaders for the overwhelming support and encouragement. I am truly grateful to work alongside people who have had my back and helped guide me on this journey. It really does take a village to get to where I am today, and I could not have done this alone.This promotion is especially meaningful to me. I began my career in the banking industry at a late age, after nearly two decades in Casino Cage Operations, when the COVID pandemic hit, it hit hard — and so did life. There was a point when I felt like I was at the very bottom. That experience challenged me in ways I had never faced before, both personally and professionally. But it also reshaped my perspective, strengthened my resilience, and reminded me of the importance of perseverance, learning, and choosing to move forward with purpose. This milestone is a reminder that while where you start matters, what matters just as much is your willingness to work hard, stay curious, keep learning, and remain committed to positive goals. Fluency in respective casino computer systems/ programs (Casino Incentive Program, Dynamic Reporting System DRS, ACSC Bally, CCTG, NEWave, Global Payment, Cash Club check cashing, TRU and JPU Kiosk explorer, etc.).When COVID started, I would’ve never imagined the events that would have emerged work and life tremendously personally and professionally. Year 2020 hit me, as I watched what have been lost due to the pandemic. I was trying to figure out what my next step should be in a time when almost everything is uncertain, staying positive and safe.
