Having spent many years in \"front line\" sales roles decided to make a change in the work/life balance by moving to an internal office based role without the pressure and travel associated with todays sales roles.Whilst primarily tasked with support of the connectivity sales group my extensive experience allows me to support all other MacArtney products including winches, towed vehicles, cameras etc. My aim now is to bring my 40 odd years of experience to the benefit of clients and colleagues within the MacArtney Group. This being the first step towards eventual retirement.June 2023 - As a further step towards retirement have now moved from full time employment to a 4 day week.

Capable of negotiating at various levels whether with external clients, internal senior/line management, or employees to ensure smooth running of operations and 24/7 delivery of high levels of customer service. Experienced in decision making processes whether on an individual basis or as a member of a larger team/group. With 40 years plus experience and looking towards possible retirement I now concentrate on assisting and mentoring colleagues to ensure my knowledge can be put to good use whilst also continuing to provide technical and commercial expertise to customers to secure continued sales for my employer.
