Facilitate a cohort of 21 undergraduate students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) through an intensive summer research program. My primary role is to guide students in developing original research prospectuses, with a focus on sociological inquiry, methodology, and critical thinking. In addition to co-facilitating select seminars, workshops, and one-on-one writing consultations, I serve as a live-in mentor and provide academic and professional support.
