Managing two major projects that are part of the Informa group - Growth Acceleration Program.Lead the Research Portal project from Inception, Discovery, Execution through to delivery of the Beta Release. Built strong team including T&F resources and a third party supplier who we recruited for this particular project. Asked to take on the management of an additional project, by the Chief Technical Officer for T&F due to my success on the Research Portal. These two projects have a combined budget of over £6 million and currently have 50-60 people working on them across 3 different time zones.Since joining T&F I have worked closely with the business owners to understand what is required and plan the activities to ensure these requirements are met. This has involved working with people around the world and at various different levels in the business. Learned a great deal about the Publishing Industry which has been very interesting.
