Through a thorough educational background and extensive practical experience in military logistics and leadership, I have developed a solid skill set spanning several years and various sectors. Holding a Bachelor\'s degree in Military Studies with a specialization in logistics and resource management from the Norwegian Naval Academy, followed by a Master\'s degree in Logistics and Cross-Cultural Leadership from Harstad University College, I have acquired skills and knowledge crucial for managing complex logistics systems and cross-cultural challenges.My experience as a chief in logistics sections and support sections in the Navy has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of planning, coordinating, and executing logistical tasks in both national and international operations. I have led logistics operations with up to 60 personnel and been responsible for the operation, maintenance, and financial management of materials and resources.Additionally, I have gained experience in the civilian sector, where I played a central role in the development of market-oriented business and passenger transport at Bybanen AS. My responsibilities included operational planning, fleet management, contract management, and participation in relevant business organizations such as the Bergen Chamber of Commerce and Climate Partner West.Through various board positions and participation in different forums, I have demonstrated the ability to collaborate across organizations and sectors, along with a commitment to societal and business issues. My diverse experience and strong professional competence equip me to positively and effectively contribute in a new challenging role.Furthermore, my participation in AFF Accelerate has led to significant personal and professional growth.
