During my tenure at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, we’ve grown from 2,900 to over associates—and I am a firm believer that our people and culture are critical components to our success.I’ve always strived to foster an environment that allows talent to flourish with an emphasis on mentoring, open communication, and a collaborative team environment. I’ve been pleased to see many of my team members growing as leaders and advancing within the company to executive roles.With the right talent, systems, and culture, we’ve been able to support UNITED’s tremendous growth, with a series of strategic acquisitions completed from 2014 to 2017 to become the third-largest bottler of Coca-Cola products in the U.S. I invite you to learn more about us at: https://cocacolaunited.comIn addition to my work at UNITED, I enjoy supporting both for-profit and non-profit organizations as a board member, including the Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Sales & Services Company, Western Container Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Birmingham Branch, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, UAB\'s Collat School of Business, and the UAB Athletics Foundation.I stay involved in our local community through membership in the Rotary Club of Birmingham, Leadership Birmingham and Leadership Alabama. I also raise funds every year for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through its local Walk MS and Legacy of Leadership campaigns.
