Develop risk improvement suggestions based on site survey results. • Arrange and conduct interviews with site personnel and carefully evaluate the fire protection/loss prevention programs, etc. Provide property loss estimates based on the clients or internal loss estimate criteria. • Perform account evaluations for the underwriting of major international corporations and commercial enterprises based on outside documents and engineering reports. • Prepare surveys, complete survey reports, and share information with clients and underwriters. • Establish and nurture relationships by fostering engaging communication with clients, co-workers, management, and law enforcement agencies.
