   In my current role as Senior Property Loss Control Consultant, I: • Conduct thorough location inspections to collect and analyze detailed information in accordance with the project service plan, industry standards, and NFPA guidelines. Develop risk improvement suggestions based on site survey results. • Arrange and conduct interviews with site personnel and carefully evaluate the fire protection/loss prevention programs, etc. Provide property loss estimates based on the clients or internal loss estimate criteria. • Perform account evaluations for the underwriting of major international corporations and commercial enterprises based on outside documents and engineering reports. • Prepare surveys, complete survey reports, and share information with clients and underwriters. • Establish and nurture relationships by fostering engaging communication with clients, co-workers, management, and law enforcement agencies.
