   Responsible for administrative, operational and business-related activities of the FowlerMuseum at UCLA, a museum of global arts and culture. Develops annual operating budget, supports strategic planning and spending projections, and leads reporting and analysis of all expenditures. Manages allocation of endowment and gift funds. Supervises spending and contributes to reporting of grants. Supervises purchasing and accounts payable activities. Works closely with the Dean’s Office in the School of Arts and Architecture to oversee personnel, payroll and recruitment of staff, and to coordinate contracts and other legal matters. Oversees facilities operations and works with UCLA Facilities Management to ensure appropriate building services and maintenance. Oversees a wide range of activities and staff including exhibitions management, registration, collections management, conservation, security, IT, museum store and facilities rentals. Oversees production and distribution of publications. Oversees internal communication to staff to promote team cohesion and keep staff informed about operational issues within the Fowler Museum and across the UCLA campus. Supports stewardship reporting to key donors. Supports UCLA’s compliance with UC Policy on Native American Cultural Repatriation Policy.
