About Guy Tassinari
A problem solver at my core, I am a passionate and innovative product and strategy leader focused on transformational growth of businesses. Whether it is starting a small business and leading it through acquisition or managing a vertical business within a larger organization, the fundamentals of leadership, accountability and culture are the same. It takes a clear strategy, with a team of people that come to work every day understanding the \'Why\', and a culture focused on solving the real problems of our customers and market. Some product led businesses include- Co-founder of the PARCEL platform, a SaaS platform focused on the real estate due diligence space. I led the company and small business from early start up in 2002 through acquisition in 2007. PARCEL has managed over 3MM projects and reports across all types of scopes of work and continues to thrive- Founded the Collateral360 platform, a Saas platform focused on lending compliance, risk management, and the connectivity of the lending institutions to their vendor partners. This multi-sided platform has over lending institutions as customers and continues to grow- Co-founder of HomeBinder, a platform focused on helping today\'s homeowner reduce headaches and save money through ongoing property specific support and centralized organization for everything related to their home. When I\'m not working. I am playing soccer, coaching my two daughters’ soccer teams and hanging at the beach with family and friends (when the New England weather permits :).In the end, I love creating, working with and leading cross-functional teams that have clarity of purpose, aren\'t afraid of solving those really difficult problems, and want to have fun while doing it.
