Additionally, these risk events supports the ICPAdvise global business units on trade laws and export controls compliance over 15 countries across Europe, America, and APACKey Responsibilities- Creator and Product Owner of MEDUSA, an AI-powered screening tool for restricted shipments- Data analytics expert, handling ad-hoc analyses in Power BI and Excel for the Head Office strategy- Lead the final review of dozens of denied party screening cases weekly, involving business partners, consignors, and consignees, making critical go/no-go decisions- Develop and conduct customs and trade compliance policies for the entire global operation, covering countries on four continents- Design and deliver export control training for compliance professionals and operational teams, for more than 500 employees, disseminating the concepts of EAR, ITAR, EU dual-use, and OFAC guidelinesKey Achievements- Designed and launched MEDUSA to identify restricted commodities- Developed Power BI dashboards providing full trade compliance visibility- Strengthened compliance by implementing global trade policies aligned with US, EU, and international regulations- Created a multi-level export control training program, enhancing trade compliance awareness
