If a property meets our minimum return rate under this strict criteria, we know we have risk adjusted asset that will provide competitive cash flow, tax advantaged returns and significant appreciation of equity. Our team believes in a true partnership approach. We parallel invest on every deal, provide preferred returns structures, and help educate our investors on wealth building strategies to unlock and grow their net worth.
