ABOUT GREG SCOTT CLOUD ENGINEER

I sell IT MONEY at a discount.\" My productivity has a track record of saving IT organizations significantly more than it cost them in my salary.Every IT Support Organization requires these 2 things:1. EFFICIENCY – High productivity means you can get the job done, while lowering your cost per solution and minimizing the business impact of IT stoppages. It’s about having a “can do” attitude. It allows you to redirect your team to work on other needed projects. It changes the perception of your company favorably towards your IT organization.2. A TOTAL CUSTOMER FOCUS – Delivering a consistently high quality of service is so much more than just providing \"satisfactory\" service. That won’t make customers smile! It’s about building real human relationships with people, listening to them to understand what their needs are, and then knocking it out of the park! Here’s what one of my employers said:\"If you are interested in driving the IT service and support within your organization to new heights and enjoy working with competent, capable and pleasant IT folks then you won’t need an interview in his consideration. Highest Recommendation!\"-Chris Brooks, Divisional IT Chief, USACEHere are some things I’ve been doing, and can do for you… Top Performer – (Tier 1, 2, 3) – Saved drastically reducing the cost per solution and minimizing the business impact with 30% higher production levels than team members. Completed over incident tickets with over a 98% SLA resolution rate. Greatly improved Priorities and Efficiencies as the ticketing manager, assuring team ticket counts around 75 were well below national average saving annually. Go-To person for Training / Mentoring new personnel. Very successful in getting new team members quickly up to speed as evidenced by their escalating ticket closure rates.
