As Founder and Principal of Caswell Advisory Group, working with my partner Kristen Miale and the rest of our team, I work with business owners throughout the Northeast who are ready to explore or execute the sale of their company. My goal is simple: to make a complex process more clear, manageable, and successful - for both the business and the people behind it. Entrepreneurs are the backbone of the U.S. economy and to get to know them and their businesses is a privilege and something I find incredibly interesting. With a 20+ year background in M&A, plus extensive experience in entrepreneurship and commercial banking - including seven years as turnaround CEO of a publicly traded bank - I offer a steady, strategic presence during what is often one of the most important transitions in a business owner\'s life. Clients have told me I bring a calm, candid approach and ability to bring clarity - and at times a bit of levity - to a high stakes process, while always keeping our client\'s goals and wishes the foremost priority. While numbers are important, having a successful sales process it as much about timing, trust, confidentiality and preserving our owner\'s interests. Every engagement is hands-on, confidential, and designed around what is best for the owner\'s goals and legacy.    Nu Ionic Technologies

   Feb 2016 — Present

   Nu:ionic Technologies is reinventing gas conversion - natural gas and bio-gas - by providing more efficient, lower cost and greener solutions through the utilization of proprietary Microwave Catalytic Reforming \"MCR\" technology. Initial focus is small-to-medium scale hydrogen production without combustion emissions. Nu:ionic, as of October 2022, has nine patents pending, an operating pilot scale plant at its R&D center in Fredericton NB, is currently developing its first full-scale commercial system, has secured MOU\'s with multiple commercial customers and recently closed on its Series A round with a large, publicly traded energy company as its lead investor.
