Strategically led company through CARES legislation generating over $128 million in cash tax refunds and accretive EPS. Monitor, interpret and implement changes related to tax legislation across 19 countries. Responsible for SOx controls. Manage compliance personnel completing consolidated and stand-alone corporate tax returns, partnership tax returns and over 150 state tax returns.
