Also working with other managers to complete goals and projects defined by ownership. Accomplishments include gaining extensions for shelf-life on a majority of dairy products, maintaining and exceeding previous scores on external audits from IMS, FDACs, and USDA. Developing and implementing numerous successful quality programs including environmental swabbing, sampling routines and locations, microbiological testing improvements, vitamin fortification verification, implemented a documentation control system. Other duties included training lab technicians, trusted supplier verification documentation, root cause analysis and customer complaint resolution, disposition of non-complying products, developing a KPI suite, and guiding audits from IMS, USDA, and FDACS.
