ABOUT GREG BARCLAY
I am an experienced Head of PMO / Transformation with certifications in Strategic Project Delivery, Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Stanford University), and an extensive record of senior leadership and implementation experience with large, complex, entrepreneurial and international organisations. Over the last 20 years I have played a key role in leading the delivery of best practice transformational projects for multi-national high-profile organisations in various sectors, including GE Capital, OAMPS/Wesfarmers, Guild Insurance, Healthscope, Better Health Network & OET (Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment). Early in my career I was selected by GE’s CEO to establish a new EPMO when 8 businesses merged to form GE Capital, and developed scalable systems, processes, tools, measures and governance disciplines to achieve 30% investment growth YoY to scale to $100m/pa. Since then I have established and scaled PMOs to deliver on a broad range of strategic transformation programs. This has involved building and leading PMOs with up to 80+ team members, across staff and 42 sites to improve the customer experience and drive multi-million-dollar projects, specialising in navigating complex organisational issues, innovating, developing teams, culture change, delivery frameworks and governance models to drive and streamline cross functional project delivery capability.
