Greg is the Group Vice President of Enterprise Application Development at Carrington, where he leads the teams responsible for AI, enterprise application development, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and Loan Origination System customizations. He is focused on building high-performing technology organizations that deliver secure, scalable, and business-driven solutions across the enterprise. Since joining Carrington in 2014, Greg has played a key leadership role in advancing the company’s technology capabilities and driving innovation. He previously built and led the Automation Center of Excellence, a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering measurable value through automation, process optimization, and intelligent capture solutions. In his current role, Greg is helping lead a significant push to incorporate AI into Carrington’s technology environment in practical, responsible, and impactful ways. His work centers on aligning emerging technologies with business priorities, modernizing application delivery, and creating the foundation for long-term scalability and innovation. Earlier in his career at Carrington, Greg served as a Director and Enterprise Program Manager, leading enterprise-scale initiatives across a wide range of business areas and technologies. Prior to Carrington, he was Director of IT at Cookie Lee, with responsibility for all aspects of IT support and delivery. He also brings experience in administration, technical consulting, and training.
