In this role, I provide the college with expertise in communication project management, social media, and intern program oversight. In addition, I support the college’s overall external and internal communicationsefforts, including for its websites, digital signage, publications, and other marketing and communicationsmaterials.I also serves as the first point-of-contact for communications requests within thecollege and is responsible for the intake and management of all projects within the college’scommunications and creative services team, as well as for maintaining and running the team’s projectmanagement system. I also manage the day-to-day social media activities for the collegeand will be responsible for developing and updating an annual strategic social media plan, collecting andanalyzing quarterly social media analytics, and providing training and best practice materials to all socialmedia contributors across the college.I serve as back up support for fellow college communications and creativeservices team members, and will manage team workflows, approvals, and payments as well as facilitateand coordinate departmental work and collaboration between full-time staff, intern, and vendor teammembers.
