I am a passionate, results driven professional with a background in strategic communications, relationship management and business development.For several years I managed McLeavey Gallery, a market-leading small business with a long history. Steering Aotearoa\'s longest-running dealer gallery through Covid required strategic, innovative thinking and I was proud to lead several transformation projects including overhauling financial and administrative systems, carrying out major building renovations and redesigning its communications strategy. During this time the business grew significantly, igniting a passion for business development.After leaving the gallery and spending several months travelling abroad, I returned to my beloved hometown, Te Whanganui a Tara, and took on a range of consultancy projects, which all boil down to helping people get stuff done – whether that be launching a fundraising campaign, securing media coverage, curating an exhibition or organising an event.
