With over a decade of experience as Solution Architect and design, at Baker Hughes, I have led product development for Cordant suite of applications, designing and delivering scalable, cloud native solutions on Azure with ML, LLMs, Databricks, Agentic AI, serverless compute, modern AI architectures, including integration of advanced COTS platforms including LightUP.ai, Tonic.ai, Cognite PuppyGraph etc. I have collaborated across diverse teams to translate process optimization business needs into high impact architectural solutions and also optimize performance and manage cloud cost for the product. This was implemented for QAFCO and gained 32% cost reduction. I could drive more than 60% reduction in infrastructure costs in Dev, QA, Pre-prod and Prod environments by implementing right sized Azure pricing tiers, serverless compute, and automated VM shutdown policies. I have applied my ITIL experience to lead and drive the SOC2 certification for the Cordant product working thru control items and processes (data segmentation, encryption, SOD, Change Management, RBAC/ACL governance, HPA reviews, and DR/BC planning). It was audited by KPMG and awarded SOC2 Type-1 certification for Cordant suite of products which helped to attract more clients for the Cordant suite of products. My experience in solution architecture and technology leadership is further complemented by my tenure at General Motors, where I have transformed large-scale enterprise systems through strategic architecture and management. I could also serve as the Chief Architect with my width of knowledge on the applications and technologies and establish process to improve ARB process and approval ratings by 50%. I have re-architected and refactored applications to transform from local to Global apps for 60+ Sales, Marketing, and Dealer applications across various global divisions of GM which reduced the overhead cost due to redundant and legacy apps to save 30% of the TCO.Some of my significant achivement at Capgemini, I have worked on critical RFP intiatives, estimations, break fixes, RCA, performance tuning, and solution design in a complex multi vendor, multi cultural environment. Helped to establish knowledge base, pattern tracking and automation to improve production stability for High-Availability and Continuous-Availability applications within the SLA limit of 98% or above.
