I’m a strategy and operations leader at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, the largest fire & life safety services company in the US, where I lead growth and value creation initiatives. Pye-Barker is private equity-backed by LGP, Altas Partners, ADIA, and GIC.Previously, I was a Director in the Portfolio Operations group at Altas Partners, a $10B+ AUM private equity firm, where I partnered with management teams of portfolio companies to drive performance and profitability. I started my career in consulting, beginning as a consultant at Strategy & and progressing to Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where I advised private, public, and social sector enterprises in North America and Europe.Beyond my professional work, I’m passionate about community involvement and student engagement. I\'m an elected member of the Board of Trustees and University Council at Queen\'s University, which are two of the university\'s three governing and advisory bodies. I\'m also a Fellow of the Black Wealth Club, a community of Canada\'s top emerging Black leaders founded by Paul Desmarais earned a Bachelor of Engineering Chemistry from Queen’s University, where I graduated with First Class Honours.
