Global executive with 20+ years of experience driving business transformation, operational excellence, and growth across technology, financial services, and private equity-backed companies. Currently SVP Operations & CEO Spain at ICEYE, leading Supply Chain, HR, IT, Sustainability, and Business Transformation for a 800+ people space technology scale-up. Member of the global Executive Team, accountable for global operations and full CEO leadership in Spain. Previously Partner at McKinsey & Company, where I advised C-level executives and Boards across Europe, LatAm, Africa, and North America. Led major digital transformations, market entries, and scale-up growth strategies. Delivered impact such as 25%+ productivity gains, 30–40% efficiency improvements, and launch of multiple digital businesses in financial services and technology. Earlier roles in Investment Banking (BBVA), Transaction Services (Deloitte), and Strategy Consulting (BCG, Arthur Andersen) built strong foundations in M&A, ECM, and corporate strategy. Began career at CERN as an engineer under Nobel laureate Carlo Rubbia.
