Client: Specialized company in the production of commercial vehicles• Automating budget control reporting for the light commercial vehicle unit to avoid manual data manipulation. The achieved result is a reduction in dashboard creation time, increased data accuracy, and better understanding of the information provided to project stakeholders.• Creating and implementing new KPIs aimed at measuring the level and allocation of expenses in real-time across various projects and departments. The outcome was achieving more precise supervision of expense allocation to promptly act with the stakeholders.Client: International banking group• Technical and functional analysis of data ingestion requirements with the aim of exporting data (from Mainframes and other formats) to a new cloud platform. Metadata collection is carried out through direct contact with various responsible parties in different areas of the bank. The result was the consolidation of all necessary metadata to conduct data ingestion activities.• Creation and maintenance of a data catalog aimed at having a structured and specific overview of the thousands of data sources used within the bank. Using data labeling techniques, it enables users to efficiently search for correct information at the field and database levels.
