Since the 2019 Audit Quality Leader. Responsible for coordinating the implementation of ISO 9001 in 2024 in KPMG in Portugal. Previsously since 1 October 2008 until 2019 responsible for KPMG DPP (Department of Professional Practices) in Portugal, and during this period was in London for 1 month and in Berlin for 3 weeks in UK DPP and German DPP in order to identify the best practices to implement in the Portuguese practice. During this period also responsible for the implementation of the Shared Service Center in Portugal. From to 2008, he coordinated several teams of KPMG audit clients of various non-financial sectors. Since 2002, also responsible for all training for the audit professionals and participates yearly in the EMA meetings and several Train The Facilitator, in order to deploy afterwards training in Portugal. Between 1996 and he was the Administrative Director of LIDL, and was responsible for the reorganization of the accounting procedures, checking of invoices, administrative sector, reporting and IT (the latter only until 2008). Regularly participates in internal training sessions and also training sessions for clients. Currently teaches Auditing and Accounting for Financial Institutions in the Master Degree of Nova School of Business and Economics In the past delivered “Introduction to accounting” in the Executive Master in Hotel Management organized by ESTHE and UCP – Porto and in an Executive Master in Management for Lawyers organized by UCP-Porto. Chartered Accountant -\"Revisor Oficial de Contas\"\"Técnico Oficial de Contas\" Member of the \"Ordem dos Economistas\" MBTI accredited since July 2011
