   Contribute to Lutron’s first major digital platform overhaul since 2010, redesigning and modernizing 500+ web pages to enhance brand experience and usability for a global audience of 7+ million users- Collaborate with the web design team to execute Phase 1, completing designs for 40 of 70+ pages- Assist in maintaining the Web UI Design System, implementing visual rhythming documentation to improve design consistency across the platform- Explore and prototype UI enhancements, including component hover states and interactive elements, refining usability and engagement- Contribute to streamlining website content and structure, shifting focus from product-heavy layouts to a brand-driven, customer-centric experience with more directed content- Prepare assets and documentation for seamless developer handoff, ensuring alignment with design specifications and business objectives- Work closely with developers and creative leadership to support digital transformation efforts and maintain design integrity.
