Over 25 years of experience in International Partnership / Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance, Programme / Project Identification Formulation Tendering Management Monitoring and Evaluation with the European Union, United Nations family, bilateral cooperation, international development banks, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in headquarters and in the field, working with governments, regional offices and civil society organizations (CSOs).
