Ginny is skilled at bringing products and services to market, reaching millions of consumers and small businesses, and strengthening the organization’s strategy, planning, execution and people leadership capability to scale the organization’s impact. Ginny most recently served as the President and COO of Khan Academy, a non-profit online education technology company whose mission is to provide a free world class education to anyone, anywhere. Since joining in 2016, Khan Academy’s reach is now over 90+M registered learners and over 250K teachers in 190+ countries and translated in over 50 languages. Prior to Khan Academy, Ginny spent over 17 years at Intuit where she was a senior executive and held a variety of general manager positions responsible for businesses ranging from $50M -$650M in revenue, as well as a variety of business & technology leadership roles where she served as senior vice president and Chief Information Officer. Ginny was also the most decorated leader at Intuit being a 5-time recipient of the CEO Excellence in Leadership Award.Ginny received her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a dual undergraduate degree in business economics and organizational behavior & management from Brown University.
