I am a CEO-level operator with more than two decades leading growth and scale at the intersection of real estate, financial services, and technology. I serve as the Global President of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate within the Compass International Holdings portfolio (NYSE: COMP). I lead strategy, growth, and brand performance for a network of more than twelve thousand agents in six countries.My career has centered on scaling platforms that depend on trust, regulated environments, and clear value delivery for consumers and business partners. I served as Co-CEO of RealSure, a joint venture between Anywhere and Home Partners of America backed by Blackstone, where I led business model transformation and market expansion. At Homepoint (NASDAQ: HMPT), I oversaw marketing, inside sales, and customer experience during rapid growth, increasing annual loan originations from $22B to $96B and establishing the company as a top ten U.S. mortgage lender. After the IPO, I also led investor relations and public-market communications.Earlier, I helped shape Trulia’s B2B strategy ahead of its IPO and its $350 million dollar acquisition by Zillow Group, building industry partnerships and adoption. I have held senior leadership roles at fintech and SaaS companies and have worked across public, private equity, and venture-backed environments.I advise emerging technology founders through the Second Century Ventures REACH Accelerator, working with teams on market entry, customer adoption, and scale.
