In this role, I direct the end-to-end financial and operational performance of multimodal logistics, encompassing Air, Ocean, Drayage, Customs, Warehousing, FTL/LTL, and Final Mile (B2B/B2C) services.As part of my responsibilities, I oversee operations across eight AIT company-operated facilities, maintaining full profit and loss accountability for a $150M portfolio.During this tenure, I also lead the strategic deployment of BRINGG as the enterprise-wide Final Mile delivery platform, enhancing customer experience and real-time visibility across the logistics network, as well as leading the transformation from AS 400 to Cargo Wise for 6500+ users - AIT\'s largest project.The highlights include:• Minimized operating expenses from 53% to 38.1% of gross profit by streamlining cost centers and optimizing network efficiency.• Increased gross profit per FTE from $33K to $39K within eight months by realigning workforce utilization and performance metrics.• Improved EBITDA margin from 6.6% to 7.6% YoY through disciplined cost control and operational scaling.• Recognized for heading the migration from AS400 to CargoWise TMS after success with BRINGG across the Americas, supporting 6.5K+ users and enabling cross-functional process standardization and data.• Took over national operational control of Walmart/SAMS “Big & Bulky” Final Mile program; boosted on-time performance from 72% to 94%(Walmart) and 66% to 89%(SAMS) in five months by standardizing service execution across U.S. stations.
