Moving to a global team, providing support to our international entities the scope of my work extended to more customers and platforms.\\\\nFurther refining my knowledge in Dynatrace, Opsview and Microfocus APM, I also started to provide support on the Elastic Stack.\\\\nAppointed solution owner, the job includes leading a migration project of several Elastic platforms into a global platform.
