Providing guidance and hand-on support to the IT Operations teams, ensuring all IT Operations documentation is created and kept up to date. This position will report into the IT - PMO team and be accountable to identify and maintain all IT Operations document deliverables. IT Operations documentation includes Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Project Management, Applications, End User Services and Compliance functions. For each facility, an up-to-date list will be created and maintained, which will require close coordination with all IT functions. The detailed document list will track target delivery dates of new documents, regular updates from each IT function and track forecasted dates on required quarterly or annual updates. This role will also require the coordination and documenting of any required IT document work process, workflows and frequent reporting to IT leadership.
