Built and am currently managing a team of strategists responsible for identifying and actualizing end to end strategic initiatives across USAA\'s various lines of businesses and managing a multi-billion dollar addressable spend portfolio. My team is also responsible for the development of the broader strategic planning for the global procurement business group and acts as subject matter experts and internal consultants for procurement, strategy, negotiations, market intelligence and analytics, including training development and delivery to the wider enterprise.
