George Allen joined Lockheed Martin in 2021 and currently serves as the Business Area Risk & Opportunity Lead, supporting the enterprise Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) portfolio of programs. As part of the \"Start Green, Stay Green\" corporate initiative, George provides expert guidance to programs from capture to execution, helping them establish a strong foundation for success and ensuring effective risk management and opportunity realization.Previously he served as the Greenville Site Operations Site Lead Risk & Opportunity Integrator, supporting F-16 Production, F-16 Sustainment, and C-130 Sustainment activities. He has led and supported a variety of critical taskings and sitewide strategy initiatives that were directly responsible for F-16 Production and F-16 Sustainment ramp readiness, becoming an Aeronautics Business Area best practice.With 8+ years of extensive expertise in project management and strategic operations stretching across aerospace and automotive industries, George possesses a diverse skill set in actioning projects, data analysis, preventative action, audit & compliance, and process improvement. George\'s strong track record of leadership and innovation in project and program integration, has demonstrated his ability to perform under intense pressure, shown expert organizational skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership to move the organization towards a common goal. George hold’s a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
