Handle pre-alert documentation such as BL/AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc. for incoming shipments, ensuring all regulatory and operational requirements are met.• Prepare and process BC 1.6 and its supporting documents using CEISA 4.0 to facilitate smooth and compliant customs clearance.• Coordinate and oversee inbound logistics operations, including shipment transfers from airline warehouses to PLB facilities.• Monitor shipment movement to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient handling.• Provide responsive support for time-sensitive customer\'s requests and operational issues.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service reliability, trust, and long-term satisfaction.
