About Adam Hott
I have spent the first half of my career planning, directing, and overseeing the development and publication of digital applications in genetics for HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. Throughout my 20 years’ experience, I have been fortunate to build a variety of successful digital applications as well as provider/patient facing software applications used in both the clinic and research settings. I have shepherded the creation of an integrated clinical education content management system and led the development of population health tooling for an ordering platform used in the CAP/CLIA lab. Additionally, I have honed my skills in business development to build trust with strategic partners in both the commercial and governmental sectors. Using the experiences from my early career, I now successfully lead large contract capture and program management for the biosciences division. I have work across organxiations with research scientists, software engineers, design experts, legal, finance, business development, healthcare providers, and executive leadership. I am a strategic thinker that enjoys building the vision and roadmaps necessary to achieve enterprise-level goals. My passion for bringing context to the complicated, drives my vision for organizational strategy, business development, and product development.
