I am an accomplished technology executive with deep experience scaling SaaS and enterprise software companies. My career spans almost 40 years with the last 25 years as CEO and Chairman of many companies.As CEO of Convio, I led the team that built one of the leading SaaS platforms serving nonprofit organizations culminating in a successful IPO (2010) and sale to Blackbaud (2012). Next, I joined Bazaarvoice during a pivotal phase where the company faced significant headwinds to growth. Together with my team, we architected a business turnaround leading to improved growth and profitability with the result of a successful take private in 2018. As CEO of Quorum Software, I led the company through a transformative era of growth, innovation, and strategic evolution. During my years, Quorum strengthened its market position as a premier provider of software solutions to the energy industry, expanding its product portfolio and global reach while tripling revenue to $400M. Drawing on decades of operating experience, I now partner with Accel-KKR as an operating advisor and board member for some of their portfolio companies: Phocas Software, Recurly, Veryon and FastSpring.
