Provide Performance Testing leadership for new and existing projects.\\\\n• Performed in Performance testing and reporting for web based applications and Web Services using LoadRunner.\\\\n• Lead my team very actively and involved in gathering the requirements, planning and designing for Performance Testing by working closely with functional test teams, development teams and business teams on a regular basis and drive out performance requirements for the application(s) under test.\\\\n• Develop and maintain LoadRunner Script using LoadRunner11.52 and Performance Center.\\\\n• Developed appropriate effective scenarios to properly test load /stress capacity of the system and monitored performance and stability conditions using LoadRunner.\\\\n• Analyze load test results, compare them with baseline identify any potential performance vulnerabilities, isolate them, and suggest solutions.\\\\n• Interact with Development, production operations, infrastructure and other groups to present, isolate and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues.\\\\n• Provide leadership, mentoring and training to members on the Performance Testing Team implementing the standard Performance Testing Strategy template for IBC technologies and applications.\\\\n• Perform documentation evaluation for Business Requirement(s), Use Case(s), Functional Specs\\\\n• Estimate time, effort, and additional Performance Testing resources necessary for project success.\\\\n• Provide Requirement Gap Analysis Report to Project Managers.\\\\n• Participate in the decision to give Performance Testing Execution sign-off on applications.\\\\n• Ensure defect tracking occurs by utilizing ALM for defect tracking system.\\\\n• Compile and distribute Performance Testing Analysis Summaries to project stakeholders during testing phases.\\\\n• Establish a reliable load testing practice that can predictive of production performance and utilized to address load related issues prior to launching major releases.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
