As a Network Support Manager working in a dynamic global environment bringing strategic thinking, facilitation, execution and outcome-based planning to the Procurement Networks.Proactively manage and drive opportunities that support Network leadership and network member needs and positively impact Procurement\'s contribution to strategic business objectives. Working closely across Networks with relevant procurement colleagues to align on needs, develop/implement processes, and priorities to support the process that leads to selecting and ensuring outcomes are being delivered according to the agreed target as well as the potential to support and track the delivery of implementation of major initiatives as decided within the Networks.Responsibilities include but not limited too:Facilitating the development of the network plan, including planning, tracking, and overseeing supportive KPIs and metrics of its delivery.Facilitating the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the 90-day planning process (and ongoing management).Implementing and driving adoption of GP resource management within the network to achieve the plan and support cross Network requests.Acting as a domain knowledge and subject matter specialist or expert, providing input, guidance, and know-how to support the Networks and GP leadership on project management methodologies, delivery, and planning.Developing, driving, overseeing, and improving methodologies and processes for complex initiatives, influencing within and across networks, resourcing and portfolio management, behavioral change, and development of support materials to facilitate performance, governance, and Network planning.Advocating and accelerating the advancement of Networks and Procurement Leadership communities using agile project methodologies and structured approaches to drive accountability and performance/results towards the Network vision and strategy
