I have worked on numerous programmes over the last 12 years including a particularly rewarding experience supporting Ireland\'s response to the Pandemic HSE Ireland (Ireland’s Health Services) – VISION supporting the response to the Pandemic (Covid19)- 2020 and 2021Role: Senior Coach and MobiliserVISION supported the response to the Pandemic (Covid19) from the start • VISION set up and operationalised the Contact Management Program (CMP) Contact Tracing Centres – setting up eight Contact Tracing Centres in eight days.• I initially managed and mobilised one of the key Contact Tracing Centres using Irish Army personnel and then took up a senior operational role nationally• I also mobilised the onboarding of the personnel in the Public Health departments to engage with and use the Covid Tracker system.• I have also used my coaching skills to support senior Public Health Directors, Managers and Specialists and have rolled out practices to improve the working of the new Multi disciplinary teams who are working closely with the Covid19 Outbreaks• I played a key senior role with a Vision team to train New Vaccinators in 2021 achieving trained new vaccinators in less than 5 months from a standing start.
